Things to pay attention to during the storage of rubber rollers: 1. When handling and moving, lift or hoist the shaft part to prevent the rubber surface from being bumped, scratched, or damaged; 2. If the new roller is temporarily unused, please do not remove the packaging paper, as it serves a protective function; 3. Rubber rollers stored beyond the standard period should be checked for issues before being used on the machine; 4. The storage environment for rubber rollers should be similar to that of rubber blankets, choosing a cool, dry, and ventilated place, with a temperature maintained at 20-25°C and relative humidity at 60%-70%, avoiding direct sunlight, backlighting, or dark storage areas; 5. Keep away from high temperatures, heat sources, and radiation sources, and avoid storing with acids, bases, oils, and sharp hard objects; 6. Rubber rollers should be stored vertically or horizontally on a dedicated rack, with the rubber head resting on the rack body, supported by the shoulders on both sides, keeping the rubber roller parallel to the ground. It is strictly prohibited to stack or compress the rubber surfaces against each other or contact other items to prevent deformation or adhesion due to pressure. Additionally, do not remove the packaging paper before use; 7. Rubber rollers should not be stored near large electric motors or generators, as the large amounts of ozone produced by these devices can cause the rubber roller surface to age and crack.
