Mirror rollers refer to polished seamless steel pipes. The main factor determining mirror rollers is the surface chromium coating.

A glazing frame needs to be installed between the unwinding device and the winding device. The glazing frame is equipped with mirror rollers. Guide rollers and spreading rollers are installed on the frame in the direction of fabric feeding of the mirror rollers. Cooling rollers are installed on the glazing frame in the direction of fabric output of the mirror rollers. One or two pressure rollers cooperating with the mirror calendering roller are installed on the glazing frame. Support rollers and a correcting device are installed around the pressure roller. Felt rings are wrapped around the embossing roller, support rollers, and correcting device. Pressure adjusting mechanisms are installed at both ends of the pressure roller.

This glazing device is mainly used for surface calendering of artificial leather, increasing the grade of finished leather, enhancing surface gloss and brightness, and also creating an effect where the raised parts of the leather grain are bright, while the grooves are not. A large-diameter super-mirror heating roller wheel and a pressure roller inside a heat-resistant felt are used to bond the artificial leather and the mirror roller. The surface effect of the artificial leather is adjusted by adjusting the pressure, temperature, and ironing time on the artificial leather.
