Classification of Rubber Rollers

Author:

Rubber rollers can be classified by their use into paper-making rubber rollers, dyeing rubber rollers, printing rubber rollers, rice milling rubber rollers

Rubber rollers can be classified by purpose into paper-making rubber rollers, dyeing rubber rollers, printing rubber rollers, grain processing rubber rollers, metallurgy rubber rollers, and oil printing rubber rollers; by surface form into flat rollers and patterned rubber rollers; and by material into butyl rubber rollers, nitrile rubber rollers, polyurethane rubber rollers, and silicone rubber rollers. They generally consist of an outer rubber layer, a hard rubber layer, a metal core, roller neck, and ventilation holes. The processing includes sandblasting the roller core, adhesive treatment, rubber coating molding, wrapping, wire winding, vulcanization in a vulcanization tank, and surface processing. Rubber rollers are mainly used in paper-making, dyeing, printing, grain processing, metallurgy, and plastic processing.
