Polyurethane glue roller

Polyurethane rollers are made of high-quality polyurethane materials and have excellent wear resistance, pressure resistance, and anti-aging properties. The roller surface has high smoothness and good transmission and printing effects. Widely used in printing, papermaking, and machinery industries. Suitable for production lines in printing, papermaking, and machinery industries to ensure efficient transmission and processing. 1. High elasticity: adapts to various complex working environments and is not easily deformed. 2. Wear resistance: the service life of long-term use far exceeds that of traditional rollers. 3. Stability: strong resistance to temperature changes, ensuring the stability of the production process. 4. Environmental protection materials: non-toxic and harmless, meet environmental protection standards.

Solid silicone roller

Solid silicone rollers, made from high-quality silicone material and precision manufacturing processes, are a new generation of high-performance rollers. They have excellent wear resistance and anti-aging properties, suitable for a variety of industrial applications. Solid silicone rollers are widely used in printing, electronics, textiles, chemicals and other industries, and are an indispensable component of modern production lines. 1. High-quality silicone material, wear-resistant and durable, long service life; 2. Excellent anti-aging performance, adaptable to complex working environments; 3. Precise manufacturing process, ensuring roller accuracy and stability; 4. Good transmission performance, improving production efficiency; 5. Wide range of applications, adaptable to various industrial needs.

Rubber roller

Rubber rollers are industrial rollers primarily made from natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or a blend of both. They are widely used in printing, papermaking, textile, steel, packaging, and conveying machinery. Their core advantages lie in their excellent elasticity, wear resistance, and cushioning properties. They effectively absorb impact, reduce noise, and maintain stable operational performance under high-pressure conditions. The surface hardness of rubber rollers can be adjusted (Shore A30 to A90) to meet different needs, and they can be processed into smooth, textured, or grooved forms to suit various process requirements, such as coating, calendering, conveying, or anti-slip applications. A variety of materials are available, including nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM), and chloroprene rubber (CR), each offering properties such as oil resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance for different operating conditions. For example, EPDM rubber rollers have excellent weather resistance, making them suitable for outdoor or humid environments, while NBR rubber rollers are better suited for industrial settings with more oil and grease. Furthermore, rubber rollers typically use metal (steel or aluminum) as a core to ensure structural stability under high loads. A vulcanization process firmly bonds the rubber to the core, preventing delamination or deformation. Due to their cost-effectiveness, ease of processing, and adaptability, rubber rollers play a significant role in industrial production. They are key components in many machines, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
